Lorna, Cynthia, Knowledge and Tari were wonderful in the care they gave my husband. Thoughtful, efficient, gentle and kind, I could not have asked for more nor wished for better. They deserve so much appreciation.

From the outset, Deburah at Oasis was professional, efficient and caring. Deburah promised we would always be able to contact her if we needed her and we could! (We previously had a very different, difficult and upsetting experience so this was very important to us). And Deburah contacted us if ever there was even a very short delay in the carer’s arrival (it happened once in nearly three weeks, due to traffic).

We used the app which was a great way to ensure we all knew which carer was coming and how Mum was feeling.

Mum’s carers, either Lona or Success, came in four times a day and were kind, caring and always cheerful. It was clear they really cared about Mum and wanted to ensure she was as comfortable as possible. We feel very sad that we did not get to thank them in person (Mum went urgently for a stay at the hospice). We cannot thank Lona and Success enough for all they did to build a relationship with Mum in such a short time and take care of her at such a very difficult, painful and vulnerable time for her.

Lona, we hope you’ll try more vegetarian food now that we have got you started! Keep singing and dancing!
